The truth doesn’t hurt.

You know, i think we’ve all hurt of the phrase ‘the truth hurts’ and i think that’s such a negative saying and it actually discourages people from looking at the truth and  gives them an excuse not to look at the truth. Uh.. and i really wanna dispel that saying … … the truth doesn’t hurt ,people. The truth feels really good , really really good. Denial hurts, okay.. it’s the denial that hurts you . If you listen to truth all along ,whenever something happens you can go ” UH I KNEW THAT.” but when you know something and you keep pushing it back and you deny it and deny it and deny it and when it eventually comes out, it kicks you in the ass, because you were ignoring the truth , so as long as you listen to the truth the whole time , its all in your side . Okay so that saying ” the truth hurts”, thats not true.  Know that, it’s the denial that hurts you , truth heals. Denial  hurts.Okay? i mean , think of it in a literal sense ,say you have a … … cold or something , you just keep denying it and denying it and you don’t go to the doctor  , but as soon as you admit it to yourself you will go get help from it . The truth .. . it’s on your side it’s really on your side, and if truth did hurt you, IT DID NOT MEAN TO! The truth is your friend  , so um, don’t say that the truth hurts , the truth loves you okay? an the truth is my guiding light , is my saviour ,is a blanket for me and a pillow, it doesn’t hurt , it’s very soft and warm . So , just know that the truth doesn’t hurt , it feels really good, okay? So anytime you hear anyone say ” THE TRUTH HURTS”  smack ‘em on the forehead and say ” NO silly, it is denial that hurts.truth heals. “
